2. What is the difference between the Classic Volume and the Big Lousy Book?
We offer two distinct volumes depending on the scale of your story:

The Classic Volume (32 Pages): Our flagship format. Built for short getaways, weekend disasters, and annual trips. Curated around 7 core moments, 21 photos (3 per moment), Page 2 dedication, and our signature location stamp on Page 31.

The Big Lousy Book (64 Pages): Built for epic road trips, sabbaticals, multi-week expeditions, and years that felt like decades. Features 15 core moments, 45 photos, extended dedication spreads, and expanded full-bleed milestone pages.
Both editions are bound in durable, library-grade landscape hardcovers designed to live on a coffee table, not stay hidden in a cloud archive.
3. Can I rearrange my photos, or do they print in upload order?
You have full creative control. You do not have to upload in chronological order. Once your images are added, you can freely drag, reorder, and swap them between moments in the customizer until the layout flows naturally.
4. How does the "3 Photos per Moment" rule work?
Every moment acts as an anchor chapter with three curated shots:

The Hero Shot: The main panoramic view or wide landscape.

The Candid: The real, unposed snapshot of the people who were there.

The Detail: The food, the street sign, the ticket stub, or the accidental disaster.
Instead of drowning in 40 repetitive poses, this curation creates a clean, intentional story across your spreads.
5. Where does the dedication appear?
On Page 2, right opposite the copyright block. This is where you write what you couldn't say out loud: an intimate thank-you, a roast for your travel partner, or the inside joke that defined the entire trip.
6. What is the Official Entry Stamp?
On Page 31 (Page 63 in the Big Lousy Book), your chosen destination or event name is permanently set into an inked circular entry record stamp, immortalizing where and when you stood before the closing quote.
7. What if my photos were taken on a smartphone?
Modern smartphone cameras capture high-resolution imagery. Our landscape hardcovers (11″ × 8.5″) are calibrated to print phone photography richly on archival matte paper without pixelation or harsh artificial sharpening.
8. What is your policy on reprints and errors?
Because every volume is custom-printed on demand with personal text and images, we cannot offer returns for personal typos submitted at checkout. However, if your book arrives with any binding flaw, print defect, or shipping damage, contact support with your order number and photo, and we will reprint and dispatch a replacement free of charge.
